The Ultimate Oklahoma Teacher Giveaway is such a near and dear event to my heart. I have so many friends who are teachers here in Oklahoma and all over the country! So during the peak of protest in our state, we sat here and watched our teachers fighting to stay in Oklahoma and fighting for dollars our kiddos deserve. Everyday more and more Oklahoma teachers filled the capitol to speak with the reps and see how we can get more money on the books for our schools. Day in and day out they drove themselves, took busses and shuttles and somedays froze their butts off to fight.

Their fight inspired a group of wedding vendors to give back.  The Pointe Weddings, Kassey Weaver Photography and myself got together literally the dream team of wedding vendors to giveaway a really big and special prize to one lucky bride.

We asked the contestants to make a video submission on their relationship and why they love to teach, Noell and Zaul was so creative with their video, showed passion for teaching and for the children of our great state.

Nikki of The Pointe, Kassey and I got the pleasure to meet our winner a few weeks ago, along with her fiancé, sister and mother of the bride. We sat down went over a killer mood board for the big day and filled the lucky couple in on all the vendors who will be participating. Just take a look at this list!

After our meet and greet we headed to their engagement session and seriously it was the most picture perfect day. These two had tons of chemistry and Kassey and I loved capturing them. Kassey killed it with posing and I hung back and tried to capture all the great little details that made up this e-session. It was an absolute pleasure to work with KWP and Future Mr. and Mrs. Cassanova.

Stay tuned their wedding will be in November and the theme is the most adorable and the absolute fitting theme we could think of!
