Hey! Well if you didn’t know I am from Southeast Oklahoma, a place where it could be a 80 one day and 21 degrees the next. I swear we have the craziest weather I have ever witnessed. The temperatures just never can make up their mind! However I would like to say thank you to mother nature for giving me a phenomenal OCTOBER! I normally get rained out a few times for fall family mini sessions but this year we breezed right through the 30+ families I had! 

I met Mr. Porter for the first time in my good friend Candi Rayburns brand new shop Bows & Arrow in downtown A-town.  He was getting all spiffed up for the 2016 Christmas Parade that following day. There I also met his lovely wife Gina getting the float ready for the parade! And wow did their float pack a punch! I was so proud of how much dedication and hard work went into it! A few days after that Gina got in touch with me to squeeze in a family session to hopefully get out some cards for Christmas! Well the weather didn’t want to cooperate with us so we finally got together this Saturday! Even though it wasn’t ideal lighting conditions this gorgeous family rocked their sesh in 34 degree weather!
