Christy came to me a few weeks ago via email looking to get some family pictures done and I was more then please to met her fun gang! We decided she wanted a more outdoor, country vibe so we decided upon Walker Ranch Park outside of Castle Hills, Texas. We walked around and explored all the beautiful options to choose from at this venue. Christy and Jacks beautiful little girl K was very excited to don her white lace dress and fancy necklace for the occasion.

As a family photographer I get to see all the fun and learn so much about so many families. I feel like finding little details about each group is important to their sessions. It wasn’t hard to figure out how to make K laugh, we just talked about how ornery her uncle was and she giggled for a few moments. In between takes they played and she even got caught up on thorny bush. 

Getting to share these moments and freeze a little slice of life for the Malik Family has been a true blessing in disguise for me. It reminded me of how truly blessed I am with my family here in San Antonio. It also reminded me to book my family holiday session!
